Hideaway on Dunvale - Houston

Saturday night is $20. Ribeyes Steak night. I rarely ordered my medium with baked potatoes and salad. The steak was perfect and the potatoes and salad were delicious. The young lady served us very polite and efficient. We sat outside in a very cool evening in a beautiful terrace.

Damn it! I'll say without shame that's the best steak I've ever had. Period... I ordered medium and wanted to scream that I wasn't disappointed. Juicy with a beautiful sailor. No additives are required. I mean salt peppers even steak sauce... I will definitely be regular. There is a daily special so you have an open mind and enjoy... Food: 5/5

Such a Bad Experience! So disappointing! I tried to asked about a scotch on the menu and the bartender forgot and never got back to me... Just circled around with the other employees talking... Then I just tried to make a simple order of onion rings and another bartender also forgot... Then waited a 3rd time they never came around to ask me if I wanted anything else or give me my bill... I had to walk up to the front register to pay... Just sitting there being ignored and watching other customers around me eating (that ordered after me)... Incredibly humiliating, demeaning and f'd up! I used to go here a lot and it was great but now there is no more customer service... Why are employees so focused on socializing with themselves and can't give normal customer service anymore? Is that so difficult? Frustrating and aggravating experience! (not to mention lost revenue to the owners)...

Atmosphere.... The employees are top notch and share my love of the Astros. Prices are very fair and portions are just right.
