What Felipa Schuster likes about Guadalajara Del Centro :
I came to dinner before an event at the House of Blues and had a great experience! I had a reservation for 2 people, and I sat once I checked with the host. Our server Liz was so sweet and friendly! We ordered the chicken tortilla soup and the chickens Enchiladas Verdes, and both were so delicious! I'd definitely come back. I also loved lighting and ambience. View all feedback. What Elle Bea doesn't like about Guadalajara Del Centro :
Went to this place prior to a concert because the House of Blues restaurant is closed, apparently. I ordered the mushroom tacos and my dining companion ordered a chicken and shrimp dish. Meals were good! The trouble came at dessert. We ordered a single piece of Tres Leches cake, which took almost a half an hour to come out and seemed stale, even soaked in the milk. It was terrible. read moreLocated in downtown Houston, this restaurant is the perfect spot to grab a meal before heading to a concert at the House of Blues or Toyota Center. The vibrant atmosphere and friendly service make for a pleasant dining experience. The menu offers a variety of Tex-Mex dishes, with highlights including the pulled pork enchiladas and the Shrimp Avocado Relleno. The food is reasonably priced and the portion sizes are generous, making it a great choice for big parties or a casual lunch. The decor is colorful and Latin-inspired, adding to the overall appeal of the restaurant. While some dishes may have room for improvement, overall, this restaurant is worth a visit for those looking for good food and a fun atmosphere.
This was a fun place, and the food was amazing. Also, they did not skimp on the house margaritas, which I appreciate.
