The Shabu-Shabu... read more My experience at Go Shabu for my birthday was fantastic. It offered some of the most unique and interesting Japanese cuisine I have ever tried. The Shabu-Shabu with a hot pot cooktop directly at the table allowed for a fun and interactive dining experience. Customers can cook their choice of soup, meat, and seafood right at their table next to the diverse buffet. It was enjoyable to cook thin slices of lamb or beef and watch them go from raw to cooked in seconds. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself.
