Fusion Taco - Houston

I recently had dinner at this restaurant and I have to say it was delicious. I tried the tempura shrimp taco with wasabi ranch sauce on the side, as I wasn't sure how big or heavy the taco would be. I ended up enjoying the sauce so much that I finished the entire side on my taco, it paired perfectly with the shrimp. I also had a rice bowl with angus steak, which was cooked perfectly tender. While I think adding a sauce to the steak or rice would have enhanced the dish, it was still very good. I plan on returning to try more tacos from their extensive menu.

This restaurant has recommended that I visit them every night to see their kitchen staff in action.

Tacos are amazing at this restaurant, I give them five stars! They are delicious and fresh. Now I want to try some fusion tacos here. Maybe not the drinks (my friend gave them 2 stars for mixability), but the food is great. I am giving them four stars because the music is too loud and I had to sit close to the person next to me to have a conversation. But overall, I highly recommend this place! The food is always delicious every time I visit. Don't miss out on trying Taco Square!

Many parking spaces on the east side. good deals at the Taco-Tuesday! the margs were good, but had a lot of ice. the tacos were great. some of the best I ever had. pricey, but it's worth it.

I'm hesitant to contribute a positive review only because I dont want Fusion to become too popular... I dont like crowds! I'm joking of course. Fusion Taco is a great place and their success is well deserved . Unlike anywhere I've dined at before. I've tried several of their various tacos over the last year or so. My favorite tacos by far, which I order at least twice a week, are the falafel and the tuna poke (on occasion I order the seared brussel sprouts as a side or as a taco). The flavors and textures of all three tacos (falafel, tuna, brussel sprouts) are sheer perfection! I've had two of their rice bowls (Mediterranean bowl with falafel, and the south Texas bowl with angus hanger steak). The bowls are almost too much to finish, and the steak in the south texas bowl is really well prepared and tasty. If you are looking for something unique and delicious, you must visit Fusion Taco.
