If you're looking to spend your money on a place where your food is carelessly tossed into a bowl while all the staff focuses on just one person working, then this is the spot for you. It's the perfect place to waste $15. Thank goodness for Taco Cabana—while their food may not be gourmet, at least it’s treated with a bit more respect than what you’d find here. Food rating: 1/5.

Friendly staff. But gave small portions. Got half a scoop of everything. Wouldn't recommend coming here ?

The so-called manager, Joselin Rodriguez, is consistently rude. As a manager, she should know how to properly fold a burrito, but instead, she tends to yell. She wasted the burritos I ordered by refusing to process my order. Instead of wrapping the burrito correctly, she balled it up, which will only lead to a messy experience when trying to unwrap it. I informed her that I would be reporting her behavior, and she brushed it off, claiming her boss would agree with her. The cleanliness of the food area was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this location at all. This was not my first negative experience, but it will certainly be my last. I suggest eating at Blaze, Salata, Wingstop, Chick-fil-A, or even Whataburger instead. Avoid this location.

We usually get the chicken bowl and the sofritas bowl and both have been consistently good so far.

I came in at around opening time and had a wonderful experience, especially compared to prior experiences at this locationAs you can see in my picture, I ordered a burrito bowl, with 2 side tortillas, and the lettuce on the side. All of this was done well, with good portion sizes, and expedient service.The person working the line was Sofia/Sophia(? and she was very personable with me: explaining menu options, asking me for my preferences, and delivering 5 star customer service.I then I learned she was the General Manager of this location for the 6 months!!For Corporate: This was one of the locations I was most dissappointed with in the city for a LONG time, I had written many complaints to their customer support center. But I do believe in the last 6 months Sophia/Sofia has turned this location around and quality/customer service standards have improved noticeably. This place still has some issues, but they are most definetely being ironed out and Im excited about visiting again.
