Would give this place negative 5 stars if it was an option. Do not go here, worst chipotle I have ever been to and I have given it around 10 chances now to change my mind. Just moved across the street from this location and loved how close it was to me but every time I go they short me on ingredients to the point where my burrito bowl is not even half way full. I wouldn’t recommend ordering pick-up from this location. Even if you set a specific pick-up time, they don’t follow it and prioritize in-store customers instead. My friend went to pick up our order, which we placed 20 minutes in advance, but they wouldn’t accommodate us. It was quite frustrating, especially since we had our groceries in the car and I had already paid online, leaving me unable to cancel the order. I’ve ordered from other Chipotle locations and never had an issue with scheduling pick-up orders. I don’t mind waiting a little, but my friend ended up waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled time, and it took them a total of 50 minutes to prepare just two burritos. I’m not sure why they couldn’t prepare our order since we were waiting in line too (which really shouldn’t have been necessary). If you’re planning to order from this location, I recommend going in person. My experience might not be typical, but I’m not willing to risk it again.
I usually go to this Chipotle, but this time I found a light brown curly hair. It definitely isn't mine, since my hair is long, straight, and dark brown.

I don?t expect much ?service? when I order my food from a pass thru food line but at a minimum it would be nice to have more than one person working the service line when there is 5-6 people trying to order. It?s not due to staffing shortages? there wasat least 3 staff members standing around behind the register the whole time I was waiting. One girl ?working? the register juststaring at the girl doing all the work making the orders. One guy cutting up meat asked the girl ?do you need some help? Itlooks like you need some help? I?m gonna go find someone to help you.? (Doesn?t go anywhere) what looked to be the manager wastalking on the phone and walked by, a couple of times, seeing the line of people and one person serving food. Chipotle hasusually my ?go to? place because the food is always consistent?. Not today at this location. Grilled veggies??. RAW!!! Rice??.Undercooked and hard. Garlic steak??. Cold as ice. At least the cheese and sour cream didn?t have any issues. After looking oversome of the recent reviews it seem others have had the same experience. Owners should really start looking into all the issueshere.

I'm going to other Chipotle locations and pickup orders have never been a problem. it doesn't matter to wait up to 15 minutes after a scheduled time, but my friend waited 30 minutes after the scheduled time. it took 50 minutes to make 2 burritos. not sure why they couldn't do ours if we waited in the business in mind (what we don't have to). as always, if they order from this place, they simply go personally. Maybe my pick-up experience wasn't the norm, but I don't risk it again.
