What Magdalen Leffler likes about Bb's Tex-orleans:
The flavor of the louisiana seasoning is really good. We got 2-lbs of crawfish each with three potatoes and corn. However, we were upset that the potatoes were not cooked well enough. The center of the potatoes still need at least 5 more minutes in the pot. We did ask for more potatoes to replace the uneaten potatoes and still the same things happened. It was really disappointing. We surely would try it again. View all feedback.

Crawfish MexTex flavor just kinda blaugh and heavy. Crawfish at least 1/4 hard peel which means dead when cooked, frozen a long time or over cooked. We were a late lunch so maybe some earlier craws were left in pot. Service very good. Budon balls were very good. View all feedback.
