Despite some positive aspects like a bourbon flight, the overall quality falls short. On the other hand, Bayou Bottle impresses with a wide selection of bourbons, a fantastic atmosphere, and an exceptional staff, making it a great spot for libations and fellowship. Additionally, the restaurant has a cool vibe, delicious food like lobster tacos and carnitas quesadillas, and excellent customer service, making it ideal for celebrations. However, some dishes like fish tacos might not meet expectations.
When you combine the top GM in Texas with a stellar staff, fantastic food, delicious barbecue, inventive cocktails, a wide variety of spirits, a wonderful wine selection, a gorgeous atmosphere, and exceptional service, you get Bayou Bottle. I absolutely adore this restaurant and I'm sure you will too.
I was brought to the Bayou Bottle in Houston by my wonderful wife. I tried a flight of 3 Texas whiskeys and then we had a fantastic dinner.
One of my favorite places. Once you visit, you will never be a stranger to the people there. The ambience is perfect for lunch and dinner.
Very cool vibes and great sweets here; good selection of whisky available. I had the EH Taylor Small Batch BiB, Baker's 7, and Redbreast 12 Cask strength. Bartenders and wait staff very knowledgeable. For dinner, I'll get the burger with onion rings the next time.
Excellent selection of bourbons and rye if that’s your vibe. Dennis the bartender was great. The guacamole and chips hit the spot. Great atmosphere. Spent multiple evenings here with fellow Rotarians partaking in libations and fellowship. Good burger.
