We usually always come here for drinks as it's my mother's favorite, but today we unfortunately got a disgusting drink that caused my partner to gag. They only took one sip from it. We asked if we could exchange it and offered the entire drink back in return as it was still filled to the brim and just purchased 5 minutes ago but they refused to even exchange it and said no refunds. WOW! Gerson was a very kind and courteous young man who helped me in and gave me EXCELLENT costumer service well beyond the call of duty. I ordered a plain black coffee without even realizing that?s what I was ordering and because they have a no refund no exchange policy, Gerson actually PAID OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET for a different drink for me. Unbelievable! Thank you!
Internet was down so they could not process payment so we didn't get any drinks there
Got a che nr.4 today! Did not taste the coconut milk at all.. ask if they can add coconut milk and had to pay extra money for them to add coconut milk! They were not friendly at all! Too bad?we will not be back
This particular location is nothing like the original place in Chinatown on Bellaire! their drinks are not the same or maybe because of the way the workers at particular don't know hot too make it! or follow directions when ask to adjust the sugar level, sweetness of the drinks. I think our request was ignored, we bought one for my husband who is pre diabetic for 25% level of sugar and a regular one and they both were very sweet, so that means they did not honor our requests and at the same time it took them awhile to get our drinks as well!
First time trying the mangolada and the leeches smoothly and ohhhhh myyyy gosssshhh was that so delicious haha love it here very friendly, clean ,and super fast. I come here a lot and tonight I got to meet the owner Mrs.D super nice gentleman blessings in ur business ? y’all should really give it a try u won’t regret it and they got a reward system!!!!!
