VERY IMPOLITE WAITRESS!!! VERY RUDE AND IMPOLITE WAITRESS!!!

The menu that I was GIVEN had the incorrect prices. I was charged more for my food (there’s a crawfish festival in the parking lot). I was told there was an increase but the menus weren’t updated yet. The cashier was extremely rude. Instead of apologizing she just yelled at me at how I didn’t have to eat there. I will NEVER come back to this place.

I was going to give this place one more shot, but after today I have had it. The service is way understaffed and the only waitress makes you feel like you’re wasting her time and is very impatient. Food is not even worth the treatment if that was your thing….(NEVER AGAIN). She literally rolled her eyes because we wanted a few more minutes to decide during a lunch rush???

This is the WORST Chinese cuisine I have ever had in my life! This was my first and last time trying. Food is bland doesn’t taste like none of the dishes I have been eating my entire life. They presentation gets A but food is Horrible. The waiter at the front she had an attitude problem. Idk what they cook their fried rice in but it smelled and tasted ? I needed extra condiments and was going to pay and was told she couldn’t give me any extra sauce. At this point people need the whole box to use on their food! Livid I wasted money, I should’ve followed my instinct and went to McDonald’s? if your in the area and want good Chinese cuisine go to Chow Wok near westhimere and dairy ashford

I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel it’s necessary after what happened. I went in to order food for take out and the lady at the counter was very nice and welcoming this was the only good part of my experience. I went home with the food I ordered and while eating the orange chicken my gf noticed something that looked strange in the orange chicken sauce. At first I thought it was a pepper but no it was a roach or some type of bug. We were so grossed out and on top of that in my rice I found someone’s hair. I had ordered a lot of food even soup and wontons which were not even that good and had to throw it all out because we were so grossed out. I called in and told them about what I found in the food and the lady seemed to take it like it was no big deal which I found strange. She offered me a free meal the next time I go in but why would I ever go back. That place needs a health inspector. Hope they clean up.
