Unfortunately, I bit into a piece of meat that was very hard and ended up breaking my tooth. I called the manager to explain the situation, but she refused to offer a refund or any help. She accused me of lying and demanded that I come back to the restaurant to prove my claim, which I found ridiculous. I have worked in the restaurant industry for years and have never experienced this kind of treatment before. It's disappointing that the manager doesn't seem to understand that happy customers will return and recommend their friends. In this case, however, I will not be returning and will be sure to share my negative experience with others.

Sushi rolls were so good. I guess we found our favorites in webster?.
