Akashi Fusion And Sushi - Houston

We had a lovely lunch break during our journey along the highway. Our server was friendly, and although there was a bit of a wait, it was definitely worth it. We enjoyed our time here, as the atmosphere was inviting, and we would love to return. The food was delicious and very satisfying. They often have lunch specials available until 3 p.m., making it a great spot to visit.

We came last night, food was great, restaurant was very nicely done, (feels and looks very trendy). If they can train the hostess on at least the basics of the business, (she told me she hasn't read the menu yet), so many customers left because the waiting time was extremely long, even though several tables were empty. And if they get a couple of professional waiters, this place will be very successful, I really really hope so. Will be coming back in a later day. 5/25/2021. We came back a few days ago. Food was fantastic! The service was incredible! The improvements are very noticeable, way to go guys!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, akin to a pleasant drive down the street. The sushi rolls were excellent, and the service was fantastic. I tried the King Volcano and the Happy Buzzing roll, both of which were delicious. The ginger salad dressing had a unique peanut flavor that I really enjoyed.

This is a very nice restaurant that feels new, even though it has been around for some time. They offer a wide selection of liqueurs, wine, and beer, along with many sushi options. The quality of the food is excellent, and the prices are quite reasonable. The server was extremely friendly, and the food was outstanding. I will definitely return.

Friendly and efficient service. Large Calamari- many Asian flavors. Good plant tempura, a variety of vegetables. I have the Chilean bass role I never had and it was worth it. The red dragon is so balanced with taste. Not busy when I left at 6:00.
