"Let the good times roll! Another excellent recommendation from the awesome folks at Bay Area Houston Food Lovers. I almost went to BB's for dinner, but I'm so glad I didn't!".
What Adelia Renner doesn't like about Abe's Cajun Market:
When I first walked into the restaurant, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, not because of the staff but because of the customers. However, the staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The food was quite bland, as I had to season it myself as shown in the photo. Crawfish is my favorite, but I now know not to order it from this place. View all feedback.
This place is so good. the $24 seafood cellar comes with a tonne eating. Very good.
I love this place. had the red beans and tears that came with maisbrot and a side order. the cornbrot is the best I ever had. I ordered the cole Slav and it was delicious, like the red beans and rice, with a generous amount. it is not a nice place, but they make the bases very good and it is reasonable. I've been here several times and I'm back.
Very good quite place and amazing food, fried pickles, bbq roast beef po boy must try, best around do not hesitate to go here!
One of the best places in town. We go there on regular basis and is our to go place to take out of town guests. Portions are trully texas sized, flavors are one of the kind. Highly recommend cat fish ala abes to get the most authentic plate.
My biggest complaint is that they overcharged $2 over the menu price. When I noticed it one of my friends said they had recently raised their prices. Update your menus first, do not bill me more than your advertised price! Food was not great. I got the black and blue catfish and it was bland, not blackened, kind of watery and not pleasant. The sides were better than my main course, and my friends enjoyed their meals. The staff were friendly and personable, for those reasons I gave them 3 instead of 2 stars.
