What arthurpeterchappell doesn't like about The Bell Pub:
The Bell Hounslow The oldest pub in Central Hounslow, with a real large church bell as its sign. The pub is huge but sadly has no real ales in at present, though the barmaid who served me seemed to think bottled Dppm Bar is one, and I was thirsty enough to settle for that. Music playing in the background and though I was only there for three quarters of an hour between buses but I heard Toni Basil singing Mickey thre... View all feedback. good place to meet people. the bus stop is also named with the name when this socket shows that they are here for some time the quality of service is good and fast. beer served is good and hot. the Thai food we ordered was a wonderful discovery the cold oil served well, but it lacked the oil component. the chilis have been too perfected and oh yes helps out the sweat. read moreSituated in Central Hounslow, The Bell stands as the oldest pub in the area, boasting a distinct charm. While the atmosphere appeals to locals and the prices for beers and gins are attractive, service can be inconsistent and at times, lackluster. The absence of real ales and a limited playlist detracts from the overall experience, and the pub’s multiple TV screens have not won over patrons. On a positive note, the outdoor beer garden is lovely, and certain dishes, notably the sausages and chicken, receive praise for their quality. Overall, this venue offers a blend of highlights and shortcomings.
