They work together as a team very well. Today, I was especially impressed by Shanay. She was efficient, always had a smile, and knew the regular customers. It was great to see.

The staff are... read more We have been to Suuk many times on Saturdays and have always been impressed by the wonderful service from the lovely lady with a beautiful smile. The staff are all efficient and quick, making the dining experience enjoyable. I travel to Osterley to shop at Tesco and always make sure to stop for breakfast at Suuk because the atmosphere is so relaxing with such wonderful people. Tesco should be proud to have such excellent staff working there.

However, on occasions when I also visit the cafe, I have noticed that the... read more I regularly visit this store for my shopping needs, spending almost £1000 every month. However, on occasions when I also visit the cafe, I have noticed that the staff seem unenthusiastic and appear to be obliging rather than genuinely welcoming customers. This is concerning considering the size of the operation. This has been a recurring issue for me, and I have video evidence which I plan to share on social media. During my recent visit, I ordered a hot drink which did not taste good, leading me to believe that it was deliberate. The staff member, who identified herself as Renu, also took an unusually long time to deliver my food, approximately 30 minutes. I find this level of service to be unacceptable and plan to escalate this matter to Tesco's head office. I trust that my concerns will be looked into and addressed promptly.
