Asked me how I was and if I was alone, instantly got my own booth and was given a menu and told if I had any allergies please come to the till. Also pointed towards the toilets and cutlery and sauce area just to remind me. Food was nice and hot, absolutely delicious and mustafa came to check on me to see if I was completely satisfied offering desserts. He’s a very good waiter.

T... read more Recently ordered to collect food from the Branch in Uxbridge. I can confirm that I have eaten at the restaurant. I think the quality of the food is gone down. The Chicken is greasy and looks like it is on a diet. More important the Nados taste in the chicken is almost bland. Further, they have reduced their portions dramatically as can been seen from the pictures. The box for the rice is half empty. They using the same size box they used to put olives in to out their spicy rice. For what they are charging you, you can get cheaper with bigger portions in other places. For what I got in relation to the quantity and quality of the food verse the charge, in my view its was expensive, COME ON NANDOS PULL YOUR SOCKS UP

I... read more I went to this nandos to order some dessert for takeaway. Firstly when I ordered the staff member at the till was shocked at how much dessert I was ordering. I then asked him to put the chilli on the receipt for me which he did not do. I then asked another staff member to get the chilli added on for me and they said they could not do so. I then waited 20 minutes for my order at the till. In that time I watched all the people who came after me be served their orders. I was then asked what I was waiting for, and then a manager came over to retake my order, as I was told it had not been put through even though I had paid and had a receipt. She then made a note of the order again and she told me that she did not have the dessert in stock. I then asked for a refund and she said because I had paid by card, she could not refund me my money there on the spot and I would have to leave my details for her to contact me. So I went to order some dessert, didn’t receive and was made to wait. Then instead of refunding me she made me fill out a form. What a waste of my time. Took them just under half an hour to realise they were out of the dessert. This is the worst nandos I have ever been too. There was chaos behind the till. And the service was unbelievably terrible. I cannot believe places like this can even be allowed to be open. Disgusted.

I understand if any issues they should call and let us know why its delayed I am really dissapointed
