No surprises this family business has been going strong while the competition has been closing. The portions are ideally sized, the complementary bread and olives were NOT charged for (unlike myriad other less quality chains) and the service was attentive to any requests we had. Had a lovely family evening meal (I went for the burrata and pizza, while my parents went for Bruschetta and Canneloni Calamari and Lasagne respectively) and all were served piping hot and with a healthy dose of flavourful ragu sauce. Thoroughly recommended for any occasion, especially family ones. 5*

While the staff remains the same, the q... read more After being recommended as a top Italian restaurant for many years, I am afraid to say that the standards have declined. While the staff remains the same, the quality of service has deteriorated. They were never the most friendly to begin with, but it has now reached an all-time low. They were only attentive when the bill arrived. The soup was okay, but there was a mix-up with the steaks and the side dishes arrived lukewarm. Additionally, one of the desserts was served very late. Overall, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
