Once I got inside KFC where there i... read more After work on a Sunday night, I decided to get rested from my cooking as I was a bit tired from work thought of getting KFC. Once I got inside KFC where there is a drive thru one, I queued for almost 15 minutes before I got served by a lone guy cashier who wasn 't as cheerful but I ignored him. After another 15 minutes of waiting for my order, finally it arrived the staff Priys who packed it seemed to be very confident. When I got my order, there was no fries in it as I ordered a 6pc bargain bucket. Went back to her asked her should there be fries with my bucket? And she replied, I thought you don 't want the fries! How convenient for her to say that not even apologizing for her mistake. She shouldn 't be working in KFC because her attitude sucks by all means she doesn 't exude any hospitality traits. She 's a disgrace to a well known brand like KFC.

After waiting in a que for half an hour we got to the drive through to be asked.what we would like. Asked for a family bucket and yes you got it they got no chicken!??? KFC only sells chicken right so seething is wrong here. It sort of reminds me of that airport program with the guys from little Britain where the lady says I got cups I got tea bags and sugar but no water lol gave 1 as a rating for food as there was no zero!

I watched the guy in the window and he was sweating all over stuff, everything inside looked like it was never cleaned. this is not the american style eat-in KFC. this was like you were going to eat out of a greasy truck. but it wasn't, i could feel the diarrhea just looking at the nasty joint!
