Eating is okay. always delivered on time and eating is always hot. very much appreciated for those who serve faster and more accurately. the prices are very different and high when ordered over 3. party. collection or din in is massive difference. drinks like pepsi is not strongly cooled compared to their competitors, so must change. Go on.
Quite decent place to eat a bite. they are an HALAL shop, so it was the best place for me to have lunch. no more than 30 seconds had to wait for my order. eating was good; typical kfc taste. they have a nice place to sit, relax and eat.
Order placed through UberEats and advertised promotion on buy one and get one free burger was missed Phoned the store to enquiry about the missing part of our order but member of staff that answered my call, could hardly understand what has been said to them, on top of being unaware of their own in store promotions. Won’t be using this store again. I know errors and mistakes happen but it is the way that we handle them that counts.
The restaurant is bustling, but the service is quick and the staff is welcoming. There is ample space for maneuvering a wheelchair.
After work on a Sunday night, I decided to get rested from my cooking as I was a bit tired from work thought of getting KFC. Once I got inside KFC where there is a drive thru one, I queued for almost 15 minutes before I got served by a lone guy cashier who wasn 't as cheerful but I ignored him. After another 15 minutes of waiting for my order, finally it arrived the staff Priys who packed it seemed to be very confident. When I got my order, there was no fries in it as I ordered a 6pc bargain bucket. Went back to her asked her should there be fries with my bucket? And she replied, I thought you don 't want the fries! How convenient for her to say that not even apologizing for her mistake. She shouldn 't be working in KFC because her attitude sucks by all means she doesn 't exude any hospitality traits. She 's a disgrace to a well known brand like KFC.
