Located at the Terminal Two Heathrow Airport Bus Station, Caffè Nero is a welcome oasis after a long journey by coach or plane. After a four-hour flight, we were grateful to find Nero and enjoyed a snack and coffee that were not only reasonably priced but also delicious. View all feedback.
What Rdnkh doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
I am the first to admit I am a coffee snob so I wasn't expecting a lot from this place. However, barely average coffee was further ruined by some of the worst service I have ever experienced. View all feedback.

Choices were few, but we had several good items. I had their Carrot Cake and my wife had Lemon Meringue Cake. Both were great. we also ordered yogurt to have for breakfast the next morning.
We arrived back from a long-haul flight and just needed respite. We had a wait for our coach. Coffee was adequate but very weak and pricey. There were no alternatives so would use again

Usually not a fan of Caffè Nero on the high street but this store is rapid, courteous and provides a good selection of food and coffee.
