What A DISAPPOINTMENT. I use to Live in the local area and moved away few years ago. I always remembered Moniz being the best portuguese Restaurant around. Today I'm in the area and decided to visit Moniz . The Biggest disappointment was the CHIPS. I look forward to nice crispy chip. Please change your chips. I ordered a steak Sandwich . The restaurant was excellent in terms of service, with attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere was also good, although not quite perfect.
