Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Do not go here!!!! Horrible service! Rude and temperamental staff! Overcharging for their poorly made food.

I ordered a chicken bacon stuffed crust pizza. It was too thick on the crust. In order for the cheese to melt and brown, the crust got very hard and browned. The cheese in the crust was unnoticeable because the crust was so hard. Too much crust was used to make this kind of pizza.

We ordered through door dash at 5:18 p.m. it is now 7:10 p.m. and still no pizza. Unfortunately whom I believe is the owner or manager (Diana) has been extremely rude to our dasher. I have been in communication with the dasher these last (almost) 2 hours. The dasher excused herself to her vehicle because of how Diana was treating her. At this point we maybe should’ve just gone down to the store. All of this while we have family from out of state here visiting and this is the first night we decided that we would get pizzas instead of cooking again. Not only is this embarrassing but unacceptable. We have 6 kids who are very hungry.

Came in there and tried to order a pizza. As she repeated it back to me I misheard her and apologized three times and asked her to repeat it to me. She then proceeded to say I was a selective Karen. As I said excuse me what did you just say to me? She then laughed out loud in my face. I will never ever give this place my money. The worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

Walked in to watch a lady working with a young staff member trying to balance the cash register, while 1 employee made pizzas. I’m pretty sure I could have went to Pizza Hut and had a fully cooked pizza in the amount of time it took to slap a few toppings on a premade crust. Please let your staff work and help the customers, you can work with him while I’m gone
