Wok Express - Hot Springs

I was the worst customer imaginable tonight. I showed up to pick up my food tonight 5 minutes after their closing time after I supposedly ordered my food 5 minutes before they closed. I had ordered at the wrong restaurant?.. they were so willing to cook my order even though their cooks were cleaning their pans and stations. From owners to cooks, they wanted to make our dinner for us. I appreciate their service, quality of food, and willingness to go the extra mile.

Love the quality ingredients... white meat chicken and veggies cooked perfectly! I order from here everytime I'm in town visiting my mom. Very good!

I don't think I've ever had a bad or mediocre meal from Wok Express. The food is always delicious, hot, and high quality. I've been dining here since 2017. The owners are very nice, the employees are super nice and most have been there since I started dining there. The menu features a lot of choices and I don't know how they do that but it's all high quality ingredients. They can get really busy but they're fast regardless. I call ahead and then pick up but if you just order when you arrive then it's still pretty fast. It has to be one of the best deals around due to the affordability and quality ratio.

Nice place to go for Chinese food in Hot springs national park, Arkansas. We ordered General Tso?s Tofu and cashew chicken. The tofu tasted great with the fried rice but the cashew chicken wasn?t good and felt bland. It?s a nice place for Chinese food pick up and good at pricing as well!

I used to always order the chicken fried rice at this restaurant when I worked nearby, but I will not be ordering it again. The flavor was bland and the chicken was thinly sliced like deli meat, very white, and tasteless. I ended up picking out the chicken and bringing it home for my cat. The chicken used to be in chunks, but now it is processed and flat, with no flavor. As for parking, there was enough room in the parking lot, nothing special to mention.
