The only downside was the service. The restaurant was busy, so we anticipated some delays, but it was exceptionally slow. It took a long time to place our orders, receive our meals, ask questions, and finally get the check. Overall, it would definitely be a five-star experience if the service was improved. I should also mention that the Superior Bathhouse is the only brewery in the world that uses thermal spring water to brew their beer, which is pretty amazing!

You should definitely visit this place! They offer 18 different beers brewed with spring water, all worth trying. The food is fantastic, and the customer service is top-notch. We ordered the grilled cheese, plantains, burger, and chicken strips, and we loved everything! The root beer is also delicious. My favorite item was the homemade pretzels—simply amazing! Their beer cheese is the best I've ever tasted.

This is definitely one of the top three chicken sandwiches I've ever tried. The fries were tasty, although they could have been served a bit hotter. The mango seltzer was so refreshing that I had to take a growler home with me. I also appreciated that the restaurant is pet-friendly. The atmosphere was lively, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent service from Brock! Service can make or break an experience, and he knocked it out of the park! The food was delicious and the beer was great! Love being able to get flights so that I can try out all of the different brews. We visit Hot Springs often and this will definitely be one of our go to places from now on.

The Superior Bathhouse is home to the only brewery in a US National Park and the only brewery in the world to utilize thermal spring water in their beer which is awesome! The beer was good, and the food was also pretty good as well. Service was a bit slow, and it took a little bit for one of the entrees to come out which was not ideal as the other one came right out. Our waiter forgot our appetizer, but he did give it to us after the meal and comped it which was appreciated. Overall would recommend for the experience but it did seem a bit hectic inside for the staff.
