Subway - Hot Springs

The person at the counter was quite rude to the elderly gentleman in front of me. I just don't get it.

I dine at this location fairly often, and it's usually excellent. However, during my last two orders through the app, they neglected to toast my sandwich despite the instructions clearly saying to do so. It seems I may have to remove this place from my go-to list for the time being.

This used to be one of the best Subway locations in Hot Springs. However, I have to say that the manager does not treat her employees well. My husband informed her that he would start looking for another job due to the long commute, and in response, she reduced his pay, revoked his promotion, and halved his hours. Additionally, she has the nerve to speak negatively about her employees behind their backs. It's clear that she is not fit to be a manager. My husband has been one of their most dedicated workers for quite some time.

It's a cozy little Subway location that was clean, and the service was excellent.

This is my favorite subway location in town. The staff is consistently excellent and they always get my order right. My only complaint is that customers need to show more appreciation by using the tip jar! Those employees truly deserve it!
