came here on a whine and got a meal I've been thinking about for years. Authentic house style made from the kitchen from the store. The pinwheels and green sauce are wonderful. View all feedback.

Wonderful variety of Hispanic products, produce and dried Chiles. Corn Husks in large packages. These help when I make tamales for my family and friends.
Food and service was excellent. Beware the red salsa, that stuff is pretty hot. I got the carne asada and loved it. My wife got three chicken tomales. They were huge.
Wheat wagon-wheel shaped duro snacks with two Table salsas instead of chips!!! SO DELICIOUS!!!! I am sad more Hispanic restaurants don’t serve these!! The green table salsa is the best! I love the seafood ceviche where you get a massive plate of meat and the tostadas come on the side so you build your own. This is the best michelada I’ve ever tasted too, and they are HUGE. The whole fish you tear apart to make homemade fish tacos is so good it’s hard to order premade ones now. Some other fantastic meals worth mentioning there is the seafood cocktail (great for hangovers), the pastor tlayluda, and omg the tripe street tacos!!! This place has sketchy parking but don’t be discouraged!! It’s truly a rare gem of a restaurant in hot springs. They also have a small store with groceries and bottled beers and a rack of DVDS you can’t find ANYWHERE else.
Place wasn't crowded, seemed like nice people.. pretty darn real Mexican food..
