Very good sushi to be so far from the coast. Good service. Really fun vibe for Hot Springs Arkansas. A little dark; kinda like a bar. LolWe will go back again soon. View all feedback.
What Brooklyn Ruble doesn't like about Crazy Samurai:
We went at night. We had a soup and salad. The ginger was not good. The soup was too brothy. The waitress only came to us one time to bring the drinks and soup. Everyone around us was drunk. We finally got up and left. Another lady just said their power flickered. After all the good reviews on Google I was looking forward to experiencing this place but it did not happen. Ate here twice. Evening meal, wonderful. Sushi and Sashimi imaginative, clear, fresh, tasty, delicious. Came in right after the noon hour the next day. Ordered Sashimi that was priced on the menu. Ordered two waters. Ticket came. The Sashimi suddenly became more expensive, by 65%, on our ticket. And the water was titled Green Tea and we were charged $3 per glass, for water, or for Green Tea, or something. We live very close. We would have eaten here every week. I am sure that we do not matter at all, and the waitress offered lame excuses regarding the pricing of water and the sudden increase in the sashimi orders. Not going back. I don't care how wonderful the food might be. Don't give a damn. These dudes can be honest and legit, or they can be slippery crooks. Ain't no between.
The food was okay, not great. We got sushi rolls, soup, and fried rice. Both rolls weren’t rolled well and started falling apart. The spicy crab roll was comparable to frozen sushi. The Lamborghini roll was okay but nothing special. The fried rice had a lot of onion which I didn’t like, but I should’ve asked if it had onion before I ordered. The soup was complimentary and was actually the best part. The atmosphere was very odd. The lighting reminded me of a club, not a restaurant. We don’t plan to go back to this restaurant.
The food was absolutely amazing and great atmosphere. Our waitress with the pink hair was very nice and attentive to us! Definitely can’t wait to comeback again!!! Also for a real cool show I recommend doing one of their flame rolls, they bring it out on fire and it was amazing!!
