We went here because they are pet friendly. The patio outside has a insanely cool view of the lake and surrounding area. The menu accommodates all taste buds. We all got completely different things to eat and all were fantastic. Pricing is fair compared to other places. There is merch for sale when you first walk inside. Definitely recommend!Kid-friendliness: My kids can be picky but they loved it here View all feedback.
What Jason Machetta doesn't like about Bubba Brews On Lake Hamilton:
The servers and staff were very quick and courteous. They definitely gave top-notch service. I had wings which were completely fatty, my girlfriend had a grilled chicken sandwich, which was good. My son had a cheeseburger, which look like it was made of something other than hamburger, he even said it tasted like pork. The fries or crinkle cut fries, and not cooked. Very raw. Atmosphere is great. A bit on the expensiv... View all feedback.
Food and drinks were delicious, service was amazing, kids enjoyed hanging out at the 3rd floor til our table was ready.Food: 5/5
We went for an appetizer and to try the beer. We sat at the bar and the service was horrible. I know she was the bartender for the entire restaurant but she spent most of her time joking with staff, a guy sitting at the bar, and on her phone. She seems to be good at bartenders but doesn't seem to like people. The food was good though the service just sucked!
The outdoor area was very comfortable despite it being over 94° outside. The food was delicious and our waitstaff Tyler did an amazing job of making sure we were well taken care of. Will definitely revisit in the near future even with it being 3 1/2 hours away from home. Definitely worth the trip.Food: 5/5

This was our second visit to Hot Springs and second visit to Bubba 's. Big plus that it ISN 'T on Central Avenue; this three level restaurant fronts a quiet bay and faces a great direction to catch a sunset. Good pub food with a variety of choices, some unusual. I had a shrimp po boy and my wife had the peel and eat shrimp. It doesn 't come on New Orleans style bread, but the po boy was tasty and my wife loved the shrimp. My side of onion rings was better than expected. Why not 5 stars? (1) Handicapped access is limited they do have an elevator to negotiate the 3 levels, but it 's in the kitchen area and you have to get management permission to use it. (2) When the host the guy with that exceptional haircut told us it would be 30 minutes to get seated, he also blamed the staffing shortages on the current president. I was flabbergasted...if I 'm a retail business owner or employee, I don 't see the wisdom of bringing any kind of politics into the conversation, unless you want to potentially run off customers who don 't agree with your viewpoint. Especially because during the 3 days we spent in Hot Springs, we didn 't encounter staffing shortages much less that type of offensive explanation at any other restaurant. I suppose we could elect to boycott, but really, Bubba 's is a cool idea, with good food and killer views, and at least for us, a decent overall experience. Just some professional advice to that host if you run a business the colors 'red or blue shouldn 't matter....just green.
