Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Hortonville

I was there several times and the place is always impeccable. The service is also incredible, very friendly staff. Honestly, if you ever look at this restaurant in spring and summer, I think its one of the most beautiful restaurants in the valley.

The workers do the best they can, I give all dairy workers props for work hard and do the best they can with what they give. If only everyone can work at dq once in his life, they know that all workers actually do a great job because it can be a stressful work, especially when his first work.

I love this place. Great service, good food. Always a favorite stop for me and my family.

Make sure you check your bag before leaving the Drive thru!!!! Tonight we ordered and paid for cheese curds, got fries. Expensive fries. Thanks DQ. Seems like they figure you arent going to turn around and go back once you are 5 miles up the road and realise they messed up your order. Not many options in Hortonville, or I'd never go back. It's not that hard to get it right.

Worst service employees aren’t friendly, their . Employees over charge. Ignorant of their own menu options. Lack of professionalism. If you want good service and food I recommend the new london location. 10x better. They don’t skimp on portions there or overcharge.
