Terranova Bar Restaurant - HORSLEY PARK

We visited Terranova for the first time ever last Friday night with the whole family. The menu offered a great variety and also catered for kids. There were also a number of vegan options which suited my wife and daughter. Also to our surprise they had a very well known Sydney entertainer, Scott Finnie playing piano in the piano bar section. The whole night turned out to be a complete success. The food was excellent, the service first rate and the prices very reasonable. We had such a great time and the kids totally enjoyed themselves too.

A client offered to take me out for dinner after a day in Sydney for business. Awesome food, awesome service, good vibe. Will go back with family on next holiday in Sydneytown

We tried this rsturwnt, my partner having been there before suggested it, unfortunately the hovering owner/manager who ill treats staff who then subsequently swear under their breath which customers can hear make the dinning uncomfortable. Sauces we prepared before cooking, and ingredients can not be omitted, food wasn't served hot, rather warm in the case of the risotto. Hovering staff who remove things as soon as the last bite of something being but in your mouth are annoying and when you can't ask them to leave the plate as your mouth is full it's annoying. Won't be back purely as happy staff mean an enjoyable experience for customers, the staff here are treated badly and the experience is passed on the customers, I also don't feel comfortable being noticibly watched while I eat. The large sign out the front advertising wait staff need should have been a give away.

We have been here many times. Mothers day was a set menu. The platter was nice.my main meal plus 3 of my family chose polo chicken. It was a cheap cut of chicken merryland. It wasnt nice. My husband had osso bucco. He said it was nice. We were dissapointed with our experience this timeround for 70 dollars a head.

I've always wanted to try this restaurant because when I drive past, it always looks so nice from the outside. I finally got the chance to go and try this place. When we went there in a Sunday it was busy with christening and birthdays however the staff were happy to accomodate us even though we didn't have a booking. I had the lasagna and my husband had the seafood pizza. My lasagna was nice, but not the best. It was however a big portion and is $24. My husbands seafood pizza looked dry and unfortunately it was; he didn't like it at all. The seafood was overlooked, there was hardly any sauce on the pizza and no cheese either. When you pay good money, you expect good food and unfortunately it wasn't the best Italian I've eaten. Having said that I would go back and eat here again as the food looks great. Looking around the restaurant and seeing what everyone else was eating has definitely made me want to come back for me. It is a popular place situated right next to a driving range, which we did before coming and eating here. My brother and his wife also ordered a pizza; although I cannot remember which one it was it looked really good and better than the seafood pizza. They really enjoyed it.
