Visited this lovely cafe for the second time today and honestly, the staff I met today and on my previous visit were all so warm and welcoming. When I went before they were kind enough to cut my toasted sandwich up even more as I had a babe in arms with me and again today they were so accommodating. The cake selection is fantastic as are the iced teas! It really is a lovely little Teahouse and a great stop off on the... View all feedback.
What David-W-Sussex doesn't like about The Little Tea House:
Great coffee and tea shop with lovely friendly staff. Great coffee just let down on the day I visited by a really dirty floor. It didn’t look as if it had been cleaned for days or weeks. Apart from that, very nice. View all feedback.
Quite a nice little cafe, quite busy. Service was good. Had a hot drink and a huge slice of cake! Sadly the place was absolutely filthy! I dropped some money on the floor and when I bent down to pick it up I was appalled! That dirt definitely was there from today or even this week. Window sills and windows filthy too. Made me think twice about going again!
Really delicious homemade cakes, with generous slices and friendly service.
This is a deservedly popular tea, coffee and cake room. Delicious cakes and pastries to eat in or take out. Good amount of space and very friendly staff. A real gem.
What a charming cafe! The atmosphere is so inviting, and it's great that they are baby and dog friendly. The cakes were absolutely delicious, and my mother-in-law and I had a lovely time with my 5-week-old baby.
Lovely, simple local cafe, serving good coffee, freshly made cakes and other snack food. Staff always cheerful and friendly, and usually busy with locals who all seem to know each other and the staff.
