The traditional afternoon tea was delicious! In May 2022, we returned for a private jubilee meal and once again experienced attentive and friendly staff. They take pride in their local connections for each dish. It was an unforgettable night. Thank you!

The villa and Grade II listed on Leonardeslee lakes and gardens are now managed by the owner of a South African vineyard, so the wine list is mainly South African. The set tasting menu features ingredients sourced from the gardens and local suppliers, making it change with the seasons. The dishes are beautifully presented and delicious. The chefs are also South African, adding a hint of their home in some dishes. Pre-dinner drinks are served in the bar starting at 6 pm, with dinner served around 7 pm. The food was excellent and the service was friendly and efficient. Overall, a beautiful dining experience.
