We tried the lobster roll and the keg darts, both of which were delicious! We were hesitant about ordering the lobster roll because it can be hard to find a good one locally, but we were pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was. Our waitress, Marybeth, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful thoughts and opinions when asked. We will definitely be going back!

Our server was excellent, but the ice cream sundaes were disappointing. They just aren't as well made as they used to be.

I actually appreciate that it's l... read more I've been visiting Friendly's for as long as I can remember—41 years to be exact. I enjoyed it as a kid, and I still do today. I actually appreciate that it's less crowded now than it was 20 years ago, even though that means fewer customers and a more limited menu. But ultimately, whether there's air conditioning or not, it's an indoor ice cream parlor and restaurant with fantastic ice cream. Come on, it's ice cream—who doesn’t love it? Kid-friendliness: The place is very accommodating for children. My daughters absolutely love getting sundaes at Friendly's.
