It was 3:20 on a Saturday. The place was not that busy for her to have such a terrible attitude. She kept cutting me off mid sentence and would not let me speak, then got loud and very snappy with me. Jada may want to find a new job. Preferably out of the customer service industry.

The employee came back 2 minutes later and took the d... read more After the employee gave us the wrong drink order and walked off, my child was happy about the blue slushy. The employee came back 2 minutes later and took the drink back and didn’t give us an option to pay the up charge for the drink. She straight told us she was going to throw it away so why not just let the child have the drink?

People are nice, but the service is super super slow. Been here multiple times for just 1 medium slushy. Took over 10 minutes each time of waiting in drive thru... read more People are nice, but the service is super super slow. Been here multiple times for just 1 medium slushy. Took over 10 minutes each time of waiting in drive thru. (No more than 1 car in front of me each time)
