Subway Sandwiches Salads - Hornell

I appreciate the paper bag instead of plastic. Fast, friendly service through the drive thru. Exceeded my expectations!

Worker in dread locks just told me it would cost $18 for a six inch sub made into a salad! Ii showed her the board and she said I don't get paid to argue with you and walked in the back and left me there.

Please make sure you check your reciept and make sure that you are paying the correct amount. i have been trying for over a week to speak with a manager and i keep getting the run around. i was charged for 2 12inch subs and i only got 1 supreme meets footlong and a 6in turkey cali and was charged for 2 footlongs, i told the girl that i was overcharged and she said that she would do a refund but it wasnt done correctly. so now i have to jump through hoops to get my refund this i pure bull. i went on to the subway app and i got a message from the owner of a subway in nj where he told me that if i dont get this resolved then i should contact him again and he will help me by getting a hold of the administrator of subway. all i can say is that i am extremly dissapointed in this place , it makes you wonder how many more places are doing this to other people. i work in customer service and we are always willing to refund if we make a mistake. i am so sorry that i even have to write this because as a business you should take care of these mistakes especially when a customer brings it to your attention. no i am not being petty, i work hard for my money just like everyone else and that is why it is a big deal to me. i dont have money to just throw away, i am sure there are some that does but i am not one of them. so just letting people know to make sure you are paying for what you order not for what you are not getting.
