Why are they so slow. O ly care about the conversation they are having. Doughnuts disappear quick then only coffee the rest of the day. Don't think it will be quick bring a book. Keep driving. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
The last 6 months were terrible waiting for ever when they walk in without ground. they always drive a simple order.
Latte was made amazing. Service was alright. Overall great experience.
This restaurant is in desperate need of a revamp. The management seems to lack knowledge on how to effectively operate the store. They irresponsibly left new employees to manage on their own during a busy holiday weekend. Customers were left waiting for over 45 minutes without receiving their orders, causing many to walk out dissatisfied.
I waited 40 minutes for a drink that was still incorrect, the restaurant was dirty, and there were mobile order drinks left sitting for 7 hours. The service was for take-out and the meal type was other. The price per person was between $1 and $10. The food received a score of 2, the service a score of 1, and the atmosphere a score of 1.
I was the first and only car in the drive-thru, but it took 12 minutes for my latte. Several other cars lined up behind me, and we all waited for my one drink for 12 minutes. This Dunkin Donuts location is consistently slow, making it the worst one I have ever been to.
