What silvana doesn't like about Marino's:
Unfortunately, the waitress took our order and specifically asked if we wanted crushed pepper in our food and we all said no but Unfortunately still food had it. once we began to eat and when we mentioned it to waitress she said she forgot. Still no replacing meal and still charged us for that plate. As a waitress there was no consideration for her error. Food was lacking flavor very surprised on all the great review... Love Marino's. The food is always very good and portions large. Staff are really nice and friendly. My only complaint is that the beer is always warm, sometimes I think it is room temp. They need to drop the temp. in their coolers. Otherwise I like the place a lot.
Our dinner overall was one of our best dining experiences ever. The waitress Crystal actually felt like one of the family. She was very attentive but not overbearing. The food really was outstanding and the portions were huge. A big thank you for a great anniversary dinner.
