Cardamons - Hornchurch

We were able to secure a last-minute reservation on a Saturday evening at this restaurant. The service, as always, was excellent. Our order consisted of a Lamb Madras, Chicken Tikka Pathia, and a Chicken Tikka Masala, all of which were exactly as we expected - hot and fresh. We also enjoyed some creamy Sag Paneer and a Chilli and Cheese Naan that was spicy and light. We have been patrons of this restaurant for over 15 years and have always been pleased with the consistent good service, delicious meals, and reasonable prices. While some other local Indian restaurants have significantly raised their prices, this place's prices are only slightly higher, but the portions are still generous.

The food was delicious and there were no complaints. The service was also incredible. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone! We will definitely be returning soon.

Delicious food I'm going always. Specially we have our dinner here in Cardamons. One of best Indian restaurants in Hornchurch.

After ordering from here over the past 6 months for delivery,I have always enjoyed the food,although sometimes found the phone manner wasn’t always the best. However last night my food turned up and when I opened my rice there was a dead spider on the inside of the rice lid. Made me feel quite sick and put me off Indian for life if I’m honest. Called the restaurant who wasn’t really apologetic and said the manager was personally going to bring me a refund the next day. Didn’t hear anything by the next evening so called them back. Again no real apology and the driver turned up about an hour later with a refund. That’s it,no bottle of wine or even a bottle of beer to say sorry! Terrible way to run a business!

The service throughout the evening was terrible, the manager was rude and unpleasant, the food was overpriced given its poor quality. I will not be returning.
