Love the burgers and fries here. The one area that really needs improving is their custard. First of all, they are ALWAYS out of some ingredient I want on my sundae. Secondly, they don’t freeze their custard solid enough. By the time they serve it to us, it was halfway liquid. Culver’s doesn’t have this issue, but this seems to be the case a lot at Freddy’s. Cold food, cold service. Freddy’s has good food but this last experience was horrible.
It was GREAT when it first opened . This past Friday (afternoon) we decided on “steak burgers “ .. We got drive thru and the steak burger was cold as ice and FLAT as a board …. Fries were cold and stale . Very disappointed -especially due to the cost of A
Outside building advertises Chicago Dogs. However they don't have them anymore. So ordered regular hot dog with onions and mustard. Was told don't have containers anymore so will be on side. That was confusing. Just serve on side then. And French fries way to skinny and short. Hard to eat. The taste was good
The food was pretty good and the service was fast and friendly. As good as fast food dining can get fs :
