Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I waited nearly an hour to get through the drive-thru with my order. I repeated it five times at the intercom, but when I reached the window, it was incorrect. They assured me they would fix it, which was fine. However, I didn’t receive my receipt, so I asked another staff member for it. To my surprise, I was charged for the wrong, more expensive items. I had to request a refund for the difference. On a positive note, the ice cream was fantastic!

My friend Kimber wanted a milkshake but was told it could only be vanilla, while others had chocolate. The only highlight of the experience was the company. Josephine took home some chocolate ice cream and asked me to have a taste. It was delicious, but since I avoid dairy, I couldn't indulge. Overall, I feel the staff did their best, but unfortunately, this restaurant just wasn’t the right fit for me.

I ordered a double burger, a chicken sandwich, and onion rings. The burger was slightly overcooked and seemed to be put together in a hurry, earning a score of 5.2 out of 10. The chicken sandwich was a bit bland and also appeared hastily assembled, getting a 4.9 out of 10. However, the onion rings were exactly what I expected, so I rated them an 8 out of 10. I would recommend avoiding this place during peak hours, as the quality of the food tends to decline when they're busy.

The service was fantastic. The workers were friendly and attentive. The fries were disappointing they were so skinny there was barely any fry to eat. The atmosphere looked like something you would see on happy days.

The food is really good. It reminds me of Steak and Shake, the same beef patties, shoestring fries, and retro set-up. I had the bacon cheese steak burger (substituted the bun) with the patty melt rye bread ????. The price is comparable to most fast food restaurants. I will definitely visit dine in with them again.
