Our delivery driver Ernest went above and beyond tonight when he dropped off our order I asked where our 2 liter of Coca Cola was and he informed me no one sent it along with our order and then told me he would run up to the gas station for me and grab one. What Judy Pfalzgraf doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I ordered online. I ordered a philly steak and cheese pizza and cinnamon twist. You were suppose to receive 1/2 off of pizza cause you ordered on line. The order would not go thru online. I called the Horicon Dominos and they said they had order and it would take 25 minutes. I called 1 hour and 1/2 later and told them I still did not have order. Never got it. Very disappointed. July 15,2024 just called domino’s at 8:35pm to place an order for delivery the guy on the phone said they are closed for cleaning and celebrating?
Was hungover, ordered at 9:30 for opening at 11:00 a.m. and it got here at 10:52. Top notch, Ryan is an amazing delivery driver.
This location in Horicon consistently goes above and beyond what I expect. Everything is so fresh and the service is excellent!
My order was so wrong. 1 pizza didn't have xcheese as ordered. Pan pizza was very thin and have jalapeños on it.
This place always disappoints. They messed up my last orders. Missing or wrong toppings, long delivery times and the pizza looks like it was cut by toddlers. Won’t be ordering from them again until I hear they’re under new management or major changes happened
