Mcdonald's - Hoquiam

Hoquiam McDonalds is the only one in the area that always gets my order right. Every time. Kudos to the people who take and make the order, and to the managers who take the extra time to check the accuracy so I don't have to come back.

This is not my favorite McDonald's the atmosphere feels flat shed. Today our order was right, the Friys were freshly ill giving them a 10/10 done for a good job.

Two times this visit took place and both orders were on site with brilliant customer service. Beyond what I expect from an American McDonald. Kudos to Hoquaim safe

Employees and manager need to learn how to be professional at work. If you guys are gonna argue the customers can hear you too. I walked in on a conversation between two workers and I believe the manager. Arguing about who's talking about who behind someone's back. Be more professional please and leave your arguments at the door!

No matter how busy or not they are, they always miss something in your order. If you go inside be sure to bring your receipt, even then they try to gaslight you. We recently ordered and got a 20 piece nugget, after spending 15 min in the drive through and a further 10 min waiting out of the drive through, we get our food. I check and we have a single 10 piece nugget. Husband grabs the receipt from the bag and takes it in. He waited 2 to 4 minutes after walking inside before anyone acknowledged him. He told them he only received a 10 pc and it's supposed to be a 20. The lady told him there was a 10 pc in the bag. He reiterates, yes 1 singular, when we ordered a 20 pc. She takes it goes into the kitchen and starts complaining to other staff, he hears and says I can bring all the food back in for you to check if you want. She finally grunts, and says fine. Waits another 4 minutes. We've decided to switch to the aberdeen one from now on.
