Below average filthy bird, a lot filthier than expected chips were soggy and unsalted ~ Unlike me, heavily salted.
This did not even deserve half a point. Several times now we bought from this place and we got ripped off. First there was not enough number of chicken pieces with my order plus soggy chips. I understand human error, right? They can't count. They can't cook.Next time around we bought a box of 15 chicken pieces. I requested no wings. They said the usual "we must give you x2", ok. Got home, I got x5 little mini wings and 3 little legs. Third time lucky, came to celebrate a friend's birthday. Asked to make sure the select "eat in" as I was using my 'meals' card for 'dinning in only'. Cashier says no worries. The receipt says 'take out'. They won't refund to fix the receipt. We had to ask for everything- cups, spoons, plates, towelettes...must I go on?Fourth time today I bought a meal deal which included x10 nuggets. Got home, no nuggets. What is wrong with this restaurant?I know, I'm stupid too for coming back. Well, today will be the last. Even today I witnessed another group requesting the cashier for a 'dine in' receipt for the same reason I did previously and they copped the same as me - take out! I should have said something, I know. Never say never but I am NEVER coming back!!!!
Horrible customer service - made us wait for drive thru order for over half an hour then advised they couldnt find my car despite the fact that i'd parked exactly where they'd asked me to - they offered offered to re-warm my meal as compensation when went into the store wondering what had happened to my order! Refused to provide receipt when asked and the manager told me they didn't care when i told them that this was terrible customer service.
My recent visit to KFC was incredibly disappointing. KFC was supposed to close at midnight but at 11pm girl denied to open the door and asked me to order by drive through. After placing my order they asked me to wait for 5 minutes Despite waiting outside more than 20 minutes, the Zinger boxes I ordered were handed to me cold, soggy, and practically inedible. They just gave me leftover food. The chicken was not fresh, and the sides were lukewarm at best. It felt like a complete waste of money as I couldn't even bring myself to eat more than a few bites. The overall experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I hope KFC takes this feedback seriously and improves both their food quality and service efficiency. As a longtime customer, I expect better from such a renowned fast-food chain.
Waited over 30 minutes today for a giant feast and 3 burgers... manager is absolutely useless in managing the child staff, food was disgusting and cold by the time the order was sorted. Absolute joke of a fast food place!! Today's useless manager and all the staff needs to wake up to themselves or make way for others that are willing to work!!! Meal type: Lunch
