B-dubs Express - Hopkins

This was definitely the worst Buffalo Wild Wings food I have ever tasted. The fries were cold and seemed stale, while the wings were dry and tough. This was not what I was expecting from a Buffalo Wild Wings. I am not sure if it was just this particular location, if all B Dubs Express locations are like this, or if Buffalo Wild Wings has just gone downhill in general. Regardless, my dining experience was very disappointing.

The chicken was overcooked and had a texture like wood, possibly due to a change in the supplier over the years. The buffalo wild wings were delicious and the tater tots were awesome. The service was excellent and very welcoming, with all staff displaying positive attitudes. The atmosphere was very good overall.

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. The wings were cold, not fresh, and didn't have much sauce on them. I requested extra sauce on the wings and also paid for additional sides of sauce, but didn't receive them. I tried calling multiple times with no answer, and when I went in to pick up my order, all the workers were just standing around. I will not be eating here again and I do not recommend it.

Ordered $30+ of boneless wings with two different sauces and got 6 sides of ranch with no sauces we actually wanted. Didn't really want plain chicken for lunch...

Service here is awful. I called after my delivery order was incorrect and missing items (was not a delivery driver issue as my recipient was attached to a closed bag) and I was told they were too busy to handle my complaint and I should call back when they were less busy.
