Broadleaf Ranch - Hopewell

Eight of us had a great time in Broadleaf. The cabins and cabins were well ordered, very clean and comfortable. We loved the view, riding and hiking. Staff were helpful and checked to ensure that our needs were met. I'm glad to come back.

We had a wonderful time at Mountain Lodge. Spacious, clean, comfortable and the staff ensured all our needs. Booked a trail ride, our guide was experienced, friendly, the landscape was beautiful.

1. Once there it was busy, horses were driven hard and did not look well maintained. 2. Once there they were not doing trips after 5 even tho the site and page both say open until 9 a.m., and not confirming the phone all day, then nothing except RUDE was hired by the staff when we mentioned it after we arrive an hour. At least it was a nice ride there and back so it is worth 2 stars.

I called several times during the day to make a reservation as I know from previous experiences, this is best. No answer. Decided to make the ride. No mention that they close before 6:00. We arrive and will not be notified of any riding as they are closed. Before 6:00, I thought she was joking. So I'll say pony rides and still thought she was kidding. Say again, they're closed! No, more. I say the horses are here for the night and the last trail was 5:30. Okay, but I'm not looking for trail rides. I want to drive Pony/Ring. And again. It's not 6:00, what I guess when they close?

Went on an hour long trail ride with our guide Mia. Had a fantastic ride through the trail on Jenn, Junior, Pedro and Tony. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Anyone that is looking for a fun, relaxing trail ride, we would highly recommend it! We are also staying in the Belgian Chuck Wagon. We couldn?t ask for a better start to our vacation in Canada!
