We ordered a 8 piece meal, worse food ever. It was 7:00 pm you would have thought the product would be fresh, it was not. One piece of chicken was so hard it had to have been cooked since lunch. The rest was not much better, the shortening was old,fries were old. They did not have any wings or did not want to cook any. We will not be back !!
This store is horrible. No matter what time you go in late night or during the day. Chicken is always hard. Workers are very unprofessional. Not clean. No customer service. You practically have to go behind the counter and cook your own food. The shutthe store down before time every night! I would NOT recommend the store to anyone AT ALL!
The cashier at the drive-thru wasn't paying attention and hurried us through our order, resulting in some items being missed. When we got to the window and paid, we realized that our order was incomplete. We were told to pull back around and place another order. Since the drive-thru line was full, we went inside, only to find out that they needed to prepare new chicken strips, so we had to wait. We ended up spending our entire 30-minute lunch break waiting for our food.
This is the worst KFC for lunch or dinner! The customer service is terrible; the staff is disrespectful and dismissive. They often get orders wrong, and while waiting for food, they seem more interested in goofing off. I won't be returning!
I asked the unfriendly manager whether this was a franchise or privately owned. She just stared at me and asked, "What do you want?" I mentioned that older KFCs serve a whole breast while the newer ones serve a half breast, and I wanted to know what they offered. The manager replied, "I really don't know," and then walked away, which was quite amusing.
