One of the worst locations I've been too! Zombie employees with no greetings. Never have forks out in the bins. The amount of dirt and trash on the floors makes it hard to sit down and eat. (Another example of lazy employees. To top it off on my visit today, the Orkin bug man was spraying for an infestation as he called it directly underneath the drink dispenser. All I smelled was chemicals the whole 8 mins I was eating. You would think they would have that kind of thing taken care of during non business hours. There were also multiple bugs flying around near the food. Very disgusting. Won't be back!

Don't spend money here unless you order thru the app I got a 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak and theirs a price discrepancy as I was charged more at the physical location and when I went to the app as if I was going to order that same item price was slightly less. Bethany has a bad attitude and the other staff all seemed inpatient with us paying chipoltians don't charge people what you want I can't believe them times are already hard I simply got a bowl 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak and was charged for extra steak but only got a small portion which is suppose to be half

The food was great but the tables were not cleaned. The manager on duty was extremely rude and told everyone who came in after us they would have to order on-line! About 12 people who came in while we were eating walked in the door and turned around!The manager's mother and little girl came in and she rushed over to see them. Then all the other employees rushed over as well! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

What has happened to this location? Corporate needs to intervene. The one on 150 isn't better. This restaurant is so great for people with dietary restrictions. I'm sad eating here isn't possible anymore.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in Chipotle. On 8/20/2022, I placed an order for my family that totaled approximately $70. Upon returning home and opening my order, every single item had been prepared incorrectly. When I returned to the store to request a refund, the manager on duty and the store manager lacked both remorse and compassion for the order has been completely wrong. Not only was there a lack of empathy but both managers wanted to argue with me about the time I had picked up my food and about providing a refund. The M.O.D. had previously requested my receipt. When the store manager asked me for it, I told him that the other manager had it. The M.O.D. claimed to have misplaced it, furthering the time it took to receive a refund. Overall, I was treated as if I created the problem and told that I was being hostile. In addition, it took roughly 45 minutes to sort out this ordeal and receive a refund. I come to this establishment frequently and chose to spend $70 here tonight for my family's dinner when I could've gone elsewhere. The lack of customer service, professionalism, and genuine understanding on behalf of the management team has solidified my decision to never return to this location. If this is the type of leadership that can be expected from all of the Chipotle stores, then consider yourself having lost a patron. I will be sure to patronize other restaurants and recommend that others do the same.
