I always come to Schlotzsky's for their pizza and I really enjoy it! However, I do miss the flavor of the old sauce they used to use. It had a lot more depth and taste. I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or if my taste buds have changed, but the sauce now tastes like plain tomato sauce to me, without any added garlic or spice. View all feedback.

I give 2 stars, because when we arrived there we found the restaurant was only for the ride thru when we were back to home the full experience was ruined, the eating was cold, so I was not impressed at all, they should have on their website that the restaurant was only for the ride thru View all feedback.

The salon was closed only the drive thru was opened, meaning by the time I got back home everything was cold and it doesn't taste that good ?
I was in Birmingham for a short time and was thrilled to find a Schlotzsky's. Wish we had more in GA. Staff was pleasant, the pizza and sandwiches were delicious.
Great food. A few other locations seemnto be better maintained. Service is always nice.
Sandwiches are way over priced and quality does not match it either. Better off going to Jimmy John's. Lobby is not opened either.
