Bojangles - Hoover

I visited this location twice, as well as the location in bessemer and every time the customer service I received is impeccable. I had never had a negative experience, and everyone with whom I interacted was so friendly.

DO NOT order from them through doordash. Apparently they give door dash orders whatever they need to get rid of instead what was actually ordered. This is my second time ordering and both experiences were horrible. First time, my chicken legs weren 't much bigger than my thumb. The second time, i did not receive the drinks I ordered, i received 2 sides of green beans instead of the mac and cheese and dirty rice I ordered. I called them to let them know and they tried to put the blame on door dash. I informed them that my receipt was in the bag and it stated what I ordered from doordash.

Its always something whenever we go to this store. Went here for breakfast at 5:56 and they were suppose to be open at 5. After being there a while a lady came on and told us we not open aggressively. If she was a little more polite it wouldn 't have been that bad, I would have disregarded the fact that they weren 't open. But this store has too much people with no customer service. Go to kfc its less drama

Good good, super salty last time I ate there. Great service though!

The food I ended up getting was pretty good, I've never been to this chain. However this store was out of a good bit of Chicken Products which is seemingly the entire point of the restaurant.Very good service food that I got but how can you be out of your staple food.
