Van Der Valk Hoorn - Feedback

What Bjorn van Berlo doesn't like about Van Der Valk Hoorn:
Room was very dirty and probably the stains are still everywhere. Evening food was lukewarm/cold and the quality was far below average, especially for a New Year's Eve arrangement. Not to mention the “wellness” at all. Sauna that is falling apart, swimming pool that is cold, shower that is broken, ice cave where there is no ice and it is just as hot/cold as the rest of the room. Great hotel for a day away. Everything nearby (less than 1 minute walk : movie theater, restaurant, pool, casino, sauna. Reason for 4 stars is details. Tiles in the bathroom/pool are not aligned, sauna door does not close due to poor construction, bar did not have the wines from the menu available, at breakfast half the room was corded off for no reason so the 'good seats ' were not available.
