While there, I called the 800# on the back of the card and the $50 credit was confirmed by Subway Corp. The Subway Customer Care has gone digital. No humans to talk to. This says alot about the company. Customers are not important to them. Staff in Hooksett basically said it wasn't their problem. Deal with it which is rather difficult if corporate won't answer the phone. DO NOT PURCHASE SUBWAY GIFT CARDS.
